If changes are accepted through the Reconciliation window, the patient's name in the Dexis title bar will not be updated until the window is closed and reopened. To keep the Resolved Conflict window from appearing, the patient's name will need to be corrected in either program so the name on the account is the exact same. If the Resolved Conflicts window is cancelled out of, or the Resolved Value is set to the Dexis values, the Resolve Conflict window will continue to come up when the patient is opened from the Integrated Imaging button since the Eaglesoft and Dexis values are different.
